1. buy

When ordering, a purchase agreement is made only when forrealfoods.se has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order is received by forrealfoods.se. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item is shipped. forrealfoods.se has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and forrealfoods.se must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

 

 

2. prices

Prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. When an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond the control of forrealfoods.se. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No shipping costs are added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.

The shipping cost is shown at the checkout at the time of purchase.

 

 

4. payment options / payment terms

4.1 Invoice (only within Sweden)

4.2 Card payments

We use Klarna for secure card payments.

4.3 Direct payment via internet banking.

5. deliveries

Orders for customers within Sweden are handled as soon as possible and sent within the week or the following week. The delivery date is shown at the checkout in connection with the purchase. We reserve the right for all stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. Packages are delivered by Gordon Delivery or another carrier to the home address specified in connection with the purchase.

 

 

6. delays in delivery

Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers occur outside our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we will not be liable to compensate the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can rely on us to always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

 

 

7. transportation

forrealfoods.se is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of any return to us.

 

 

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@forrealfoods.se.

 

 

9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

Under the Distance Contracts Act, private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
forrealfoods.se does not offer any right of exchange.

 

 

10. complaints

If you want to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please notify us by email info@forrealfoods.se before sending anything. Please attach the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

 

 

11. refunds

Refunds are made via Klarna. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

 

 

12. reservations

We reserve the right to change prices due to major price deviations from our suppliers, typographical errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

 

 

13. protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of fulfilling and providing the service you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In this case, please contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail info@forrealfoods.se). We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our Privacy Policy).

 

 

14. unclaimed package

If your parcel arrives at a delivery point, you will be notified by email or text message. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have provided are correct.
If you do not collect your parcel, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 100.

 

 

15. force majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments from our side, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
