1. purchase

When ordering, a purchase agreement is made only when forrealfoods.se has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order is received by forrealfoods.se. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the goods are sent. forrealfoods.se has ownership and right of withdrawal of all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and forrealfoods.se must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

 

 

2. prices

Prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. When the order is confirmed, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond forrealfoods.se's control, such as significant changes in raw material prices, currency or VAT. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No shipping costs are added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

4. Payment options/payment conditions

4.1 Invoice (only within Sweden)

5. Deliveries

Orders for customers in Sweden are handled as soon as possible and sent within or the following week. The day of delivery is shown at the checkout in connection with the purchase. We reserve the right for all stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the item is not in stock. The packages are delivered by Gordon Delivery or another carrier to the home address specified in connection with the purchase.

 

 

6. delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays from our suppliers occur beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we will not be liable to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can rely on us to always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

 

 

7. transportation

forrealfoods.se is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the transport company are responsible for the risk of any return to us.

 

 

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@forrealfoods.se.

 

 

9. right of withdrawal and open purchase

Under the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
forrealfoods.se does not offer exchanges.

 

 

10. complaints

If you want to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please notify us by email info@forrealfoods.se before sending anything. Attach the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

 

 

11. Reimbursements

Refunds are made via Klarna. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

 

 

12. Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes to prices due to major price discrepancies from our suppliers, typographical errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

 

 

13. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In this case, please contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail info@forrealfoods.se). We also assure you that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our Privacy Policy).

 

 

14. unclaimed package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, you will be notified by email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and email address you provide are correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 100.

 

 

15. major force

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments from our side, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
