1/2 dl tomato sauce

1/2 dl grated parmesan

2 eggs

Salt & black pepper

After the oven: Fresh basil or fresh baby spinach

Set the oven to 250 degrees. Take a base out of the freezer. Spread the tomato sauce over the base, all the way to the edges, otherwise the edges may burn. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Crack two eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in the oven for about 8 minutes (keep an eye on the eggs). Insert a fork halfway through and puncture the yolks (if you want). Remove the pizza when it feels ready and top with fresh basil or baby spinach.
