Bread pizza
Semla is good. Pizza is good. So why not combine them? A bread-free and quick version of the classic semla, without compromising on taste.

DO THIS
- Whisk the egg yolk with water and brush the entire pizza base.
- Whisk together the grated almond paste and egg whites. Spread on the pizza.
- Sprinkle with almond shavings and cardamom. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for about 6 minutes or until it has the right amount of color.
- Decorate with cream, icing sugar and possibly some extra almond shavings.
