• Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

    • Boil the potatoes.

    • Chop the garlic and lightly fry it in olive oil for a few minutes. Set aside

    • Cut the potatoes into slices about 1/2 cm thick.

    • Remove a pizza base from the freezer and distribute the potato slices evenly over the pizza.

    • Mash them lightly with a fork or the back of a spoon.

    • Pour the garlic oil over the potatoes.

    • Chop the rosemary and mortar the rose pepper, sprinkle over the pizza.

    • Sprinkle the Västerbotten cheese over the pizza.

    • Place in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.

    • Done!
