DO THIS

1. • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

• • Boil the potatoes.

• • Chop the garlic and lightly fry it in olive oil for a few minutes. Set aside

• • Cut the potatoes into slices about 1/2 cm thick.

• • Remove a pizza base from the freezer and distribute the potato slices evenly over the pizza.

• • Mash them lightly with a fork or the back of a spoon.

• • Pour the garlic oil over the potatoes.

• • Chop the rosemary and mortar the rose pepper, sprinkle over the pizza.

• • Sprinkle the Västerbotten cheese over the pizza.

• • Place in the oven for about 8-10 minutes.

• • Done!

5 potatoes

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pinch of fresh rosemary

1 pinch of rosé pepper

1/2 dl Västerbotten cheese
