DO THIS

  1. Set the oven at 250 degrees.
  2. Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then slice it into 1/2 cm thick slices.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and thinly slice the mushrooms. Fry in a little oil for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove a pizza base from the freezer and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Cover the bottom with the sliced potatoes. Crush the potatoes with the back of a spoon or ladle, so that it almost becomes a mash.
  6. Top with the garlic-fried mushrooms and grated parmesan.
  7. Place the pizza (with the baking paper) in the oven, preferably on a pizza stone or steel.
  8. Bake for about 8 minutes.
  9. Remove the pizza and top with fresh parsley, olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
