- Set the oven at 250 degrees.
- Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then slice it into 1/2 cm thick slices.
- Finely chop the garlic and thinly slice the mushrooms. Fry in a little oil for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove a pizza base from the freezer and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cover the bottom with the sliced potatoes. Crush the potatoes with the back of a spoon or ladle, so that it almost becomes a mash.
- Top with the garlic-fried mushrooms and grated parmesan.
- Place the pizza (with the baking paper) in the oven, preferably on a pizza stone or steel.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
