  • 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 2 dl grated cheese
  • 100 g cheese
  • about 20 red & green grapes
  • 100 g kale
  • Salted almonds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Pizza Bianco with goat cheese, grapes and crispy kale

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Spread the créme fraiche all over the pizza bases.
  3. Distribute the grated cheese and crumble over the goat cheese.
  4. Tear the kale into smaller pieces and halve the grapes, spread over the pizzas.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes.
  6. Finish by chopping and sprinkling the almonds, and salt and pepper the pizzas before serving.
