Lobster and potato pizza with dill and crème fraîche

A lovely summer pizza topped with the gold of the sea! An unbelievably good combination with the potatoes.

For Real! Pizza bases
Onion roe
Potatoes
Crème fraîche
Grated parmesan
Dill
Red onion
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on high and low heat.
  2. Spread the crème fraiche on the base and sprinkle with parmesan.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and spread them on the pizza.
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil and place in the oven for about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Top with chopped red onion, onion roe, crème fraiche, dill, lemon slices, salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with a glass of bubbly and enjoy the sun!
