Lamb's lettuce pizza

  • 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • Lye roe
  • Potatoes
  • Crème fraiche
  • Grated parmesan
  • Dill
  • Red onion
  • Lemon
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the plate/pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
  2. Spread the crème fraiche on the bottoms all the way to the edge and sprinkle with parmesan.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, preferably with a mandolin, and spread them on the pizza.
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the oven on baking paper for about 6 minutes.
  5. Top with chopped red onion, onion roe, crème fraiche, dill, lemon slices, salt and pepper.
