Pizza Banh Mi with pickled vegetables, sriracha mayonnaise and coriander

For 2 pizzas.

  • 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche 
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 dl grated cheese
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1,5 dl of water
  • 1 dl sugar
  • ½ dl acetic acid 
  • radishes 
  • peanuts
  • sriracha mayonnaise
  • chili 
  • sesame seeds 
  • coriander
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. 
  2. Bring the water, sugar and vinegar to the boil and leave to cool. Cut the cucumber into slices and the carrots into thin strips. Add the vegetables to the mixture and leave until the pizzas are cooked. 
  3. Thinly slice the radishes and place in cold water. . 
  4. Mix the crème fraiche with the teriyaki sauce and spread it all over the pizza bases.
  5. Top with the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes.
  7. Top the pre-baked pizzas with pickled vegetables and radishes.
  8. Slice the chili and chop the peanuts.
  9. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha mayonnaise and top with chopped peanuts, chilli, sesame seeds and coriander.
