Pizza Bianco with cream cheese, zucchini, grilled corn and chives

For two pizzas

  • 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese 
  • 1 dl grated cheese
  • ½ zucchini 
  • 1 package of fresh corn cobs 
  • Chives
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Olive oil 
  1. Light the grill (if you want to grill the corn on the cob - otherwise you can cook it in a grill pan, or use the oven on grill mode).
  2.  Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the plate/pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
  3. Place the corn cobs on the grill and cook until they start to color. 
  4. Spread the cream cheese on the pizza bases and then top with the grated cheese. 
  5. Thinly slice the zucchini and distribute on the bottoms.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes or until the pizzas are nicely colored. 
  7. Remove the corn cobs from the grill (or stove/oven) and cut the corn kernels from the cobs. 
  8. Top the pizzas with the grilled corn. 
  9. Thinly chop the chives and sprinkle over.
  10. Finish with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
