Pizza bianco with avocado, zucchini and feta cheese
Of all the toppings we've tested on our latest product, Pizza bases, this is one of our absolute favorites. A guaranteed Friday feeling is promised!
Fresh cheese
Feta cheese
Lemon
Arugula
Garlic
Zucchini
Pine nuts
Avocado
1. Chop some arugula and mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Thinly slice the garlic and zucchini and toast the pine nuts.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the pizza base, distribute the garlic and zucchini and crumble the feta cheese over the pizza.
4.Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
5. Remove the pizza and top with arugula, sliced avocado, pine nuts and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper and dig in.
