Pizza Bianco with Jerusalem artichokes, kale and pine nuts

For 2 pizzas:

  • 1 package of For Real! Foods pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 4 tbsp sour cream 
  • 2 small Jerusalem artichokes 
  • 1 pc mozzarella 
  • 100 grams of kale
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 25 grams of pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Spread the creme fraiche on the pizza bases, NOTE! It is important not to leave any edges, but spread the creme fraiche all over the base. 
  2. Wash the artichokes thoroughly and then mandolin them thinly. Top the pizzas with the artichokes. 
  3. Slice the mozzarella and spread it on the pizzas.
  4. Rinse the kale and break it into smaller pieces. Place on a plate. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  5. Place the kale in the oven. Let it stand until it has a little color, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Put the pizzas in as well. Let the mozzarella get some color, about 7 minutes. 
  7. While the pizzas and kale are in the oven, toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Let them get some color. 
  8. Finally, top the pizzas with the kale, pine nuts and fresh cherry tomatoes.
