INGREDIENTS

For 2 pizzas.

  • 1 package of breadless pizza bases on a white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 dl grated cheese
  • 125 grams of asparagus
  • 1 burrata
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Pesto
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • White cabbage base

Pizza Bianco with sliced asparagus, snow peas, burrata and pesto

DO THIS
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the tray/pizza stone in the oven while it heats up to get really hot.
  2. Spread the creme fraiche on the pizza bases, NOTE! It is important not to leave any edges, but to distribute the creme fraiche over the entire base.
  3.  Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  4. Thinly slice the asparagus lengthwise. Place it on the pizza bases.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes - or until nicely colored.
  6. Cut the sugar snap peas lengthwise.
  7. Top the pizzas with burrata, sugar snap peas and pesto.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving!
