Pizza bianco with buttered chanterelles, lingonberries and sage

Imagine how many good things the forest has to offer! How about a pizza bianco with butter-fried chanterelles with sage and smoked pork belly for your Friday lunch?

You need:
For Real! Pizza bases
Creme fraiche
Parmesan
Chanterelles
Smoked pork
Shallots
Garlic
Sage
Butter

  1. Spread the crème fraiche on the base and sprinkle with parmesan.
  2. Then bake on the highest heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Fry chanterelles in butter with shallots, garlic, pork and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove the bottoms and top with the mushroom mixture. Grate some parmesan, salt and pepper.
