Pizza bianco with buttered chanterelles, lingonberries and sage
Imagine how many good things the forest has to offer! How about a pizza bianco with butter-fried chanterelles with sage and smoked pork belly for your Friday lunch?
You need:
For Real! Pizza bases
Creme fraiche
Parmesan
Chanterelles
Smoked pork
Shallots
Garlic
Sage
Butter
- Spread the crème fraiche on the base and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Then bake on the highest heat for about 5 minutes.
- Fry chanterelles in butter with shallots, garlic, pork and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the bottoms and top with the mushroom mixture. Grate some parmesan, salt and pepper.
