Crème fraiche
Parmesan
Asparagus
Shallots

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on high and low heat.
- Spread a layer of crème fraiche on the bottom
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan and thinly sliced shallots.
- Shave the asparagus into long strips with a potato peeler and place on top of the onions.
- Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven at 220°C for 5 - 7 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve with lemon wedges
