Pizza bianco with asparagus and parmesan cheese

Crème fraiche
Parmesan
Asparagus
Shallots
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on high and low heat.
  2. Spread a layer of crème fraiche on the bottom
  3. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and thinly sliced shallots.
  4. Shave the asparagus into long strips with a potato peeler and place on top of the onions.
  5. Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven at 220°C for 5 - 7 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges
