Pizza Bianco with zucchini, horseradish cream and chives

For two people

  • 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 1 dl creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Zest of ½ lemon 
  • Salt & pepper  
  • 2 dl grated cheese 
  • 1st small zucchini 
  • Chives
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the plate/pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
  2. Mix the créme fraiche, horseradish and the zest and juice of the lemon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  3. Spread the cream on the pizza bases (save some of the cream for garnish) and sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Mandolina zucchini thinly. Place half on the bottoms.
  5. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 7 minutes, or until colored. 
  6. Place the rest of the zucchini on the pre-baked pizzas. 
  7. Then garnish with the remaining horseradish and lemon cream. 
  8. Cut the chives, grate the lemon zest, and add salt and pepper before serving!
