Pizza Rosso "greek style" with tomatoes, peppers, red onions, feta cheese and olives

For two pizzas

  • 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1 dl grated cheese
  • 300 grams of feta cheese 
  • 1st red onion 
  • 3pcs snack peppers 
  • 100 grams of small tomatoes 
  • Oliver 
  • Timyan 
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the plate/pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
  2. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza bases. 
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and crumble over half of the feta cheese. 
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half. Slice the snack peppers and red onion into rings. 
  5. Add half of the tomatoes, peppers and red onion to the bottoms. Save the rest for the topping.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes or until the pizzas are nicely colored.
  7. Slice the feta cheese into larger cubes. 
  8. Top the baked pizzas with more tomatoes, red onions, peppers and the olives and feta cheese.  
  9. Finish with thyme, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
