Pizza Margherita with pesto

Tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Buffalo mozzarella
Pesto
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on high and low heat.
  2. Spread the tomato sauce on the base and top with pieces of mozzarella.
  3. Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven at 220°C for 6 - 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Once the pizza is ready, tear pieces of buffalo mozzarella and place on the pizza.
  5. Top with pesto and fresh basil, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper.
