PIZZETTA - Lyonnaise pizza

With FOR REAL! PIZZETTA you get 6 small gourmet bases lightly topped with matyoughurt, mozzarella and parmesan. The idea is for you to top these with your favorites. Here it is only the imagination that sets the limits:-)

Do as follows:

  • Bake the pizzas at 220 degrees for 4-6 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Then top with onion roe, crème fraiche, red onion, dill and chives.
  • Sprinkle with a little flake salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Cut the pizzas into pieces and serve.
